In North Wales people keep birds of prey to avoid seagulls attacking their shop-keepers. The people have observed that there were thirty seagulls attacking the shopkeepers each day.
So, A Rhyl councilor Mike Espley got an idea of coastal hawks project that will put the falcons and hawks on patrol in Rhyl. The first patrols was planned on march 1st and which will include falcon’s,hawks an eagle owls ans Mr. Espley said that the birds will not be allowed to fly.
They had to take this step.
And Mr. Esplay also said that if his idea succeeded then he will continue this experiment in north as well.
