They found that being overweight or obese increased the likelihood of developing liver cirrhosis.Cirrhosis is the result of long-term damage to the liver.

As it is well said ” Where there is a will, there is a way”. And if your will of quit smoking is strong then you will automatically find ways to stop smoking. Smoking is not good for health.The fact of the matter is that you actually need a lot of drive to say good bye to smoking.
But the most effective way is your own will power. Nicotine has become an integral part of your life, the more you try to quit smoking, the more you find yourself drawn towards it. You are trying to dispel something with which you have been associated for so many years. Even the thought of leaving it requires a bulk of determination and will power.
Negative thought about quitting smoke exist in every smoker’s subconscious mind. You have to work on your mental condition to create a solid commitment towards quitting. You should make it a habit to take note of your every thought, feelings and comments that you make about smoking and smoking cessation plan.
Take note of the physical effects like headache, tight stomach, and tight chest. Think about the taste and smell that you are missing because of your smoking habit. Just think about the bliss of nature that you have to stay away from due o your bad habit.

The distance of Rancagua, Chile was 105 km (65 miles) W, The distance of Talca , Chile was 135 km (80 miles) N, Valparaiso, Chile’s distance was 135 km (85 miles) S and the distance of Santiago , Chile was 145 km (90 miles) SW.
The location uncertainty was horizontal +/- 7.1 km (4.4 miles); depth fixed by location program. The parameters were NST=217, Nph=217, Dmin=592.6 km , Rmss=0.96 sec , Gp=47° , M-type=teleseismic moment magnitude (MW), version=8.

According to the research the number of earthquakes is increasing with in years. The recent earthquakes in haiti,chile and tukey has created a great loss.As it’s been said that more and more people live in quake prone areas, so the earthquake mostly hit the population areas.
They also say that where there is a big earthquake its more likely that in that place more earthquakes will occur.They named them “after shocks.” The prediction tells that where the next earthquake can occur.
Some researchers are exploring the idea that melting ice and sea-level rise is changing the weight bearing down on faults, such that they might be more prone to making earthquakes. So far as I have seen this is in the realm of research, and an effect has not been solidly demonstrated.

During war, When The United States faced the problem of pilots at that time some few female pilots were well trained and were ready to fly.It was 1942 The fly girls were trained for the military craft so that they could help the male pilots.
Women Air Force Service Pilots: this was named on the group of women pilots. An army air force,
Henry “Hap” Arnold said that he wasn’t sure that women could fly B-17 in bad weather but it was proved and it’s been recorded in the history that women can fly as well as men.
As part of Women Air force service pilots more than 1,100 young women, all civilian volunteers, they flew all types of air craft and were trained for that.
Lately, president Obama did something for the women air force service pilots, he signed a bill awarding congressional gold medal.
They say that during war, they flew 60 million miles air craft.That is indeed a dangerous job. They had to go through many ups and downs during their flights but they did it really well.
Years passed the women air force service pilots ended and sealed, and the information for the people who wrote on world war II couldn’t find anything in history it was sealed.
But unlike the other stories, the stories of women air force service pilots was rarely told until the 1970’s.
